Do
you export all breeds of animal?
We mainly export dogs, cats, and birds from the UK to any
destination worldwide, but other animals can be exported .
Where
will my pet travel?
The container will meet International air transport association
(IATA) regulations.
Your pet will be able to lie down comfortably, sit up, and
turn around within the container.
What
documents do I require to export my pet?
There are many documents required, what ones will depend on
where the destination is.
We contact The UK government department for environment, food
& rural affairs to find out what is required. We will
then abide by all these regulations & veterinary requirements.
Does
my pet need a passport?
A passport is required if your pet is traveling from the UK
to any other EU country.
Do
I need to insure my pet for the journey?
Owners can take out specialized travel insurance if they wish
at their discretion.
Can
our pet travel on the same flight as us?
At times this is possible, although some airlines do not allow
this.
It is advisable for us to check availability before you book
your own flight.
Should
I feed and water my pet before the flight?
We advise that for the animals comfort you do not feed it
on the day of flight. The IATA approved carrier that they
travel in has a fixed water container and this is filled when
loaded on the plane, also checked well in transit.
Should
my pet be sedated?
No. Airlines will refuse animals that appear to be sedated.
Aircraft holds are pressurised and this lowers blood pressure,
Generally sedatives work by lowering blood pressure this combined
effect may harm your animal.
What
happens when my pet arrives at the country of destination?
When you place your booking we can give you details of the
collection point

happens on the day of travel?
We can collect from your house or meet you at the airport,
the choice is yours!
